This Privacy Policy provides easy-to-understand guidance on how personal information and business information of B2B partners (hereinafter 'Partners') is collected, used, stored, and destroyed on the partner.holidaykr.com partner portal, in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act and related notices.

This policy applies to users of the partner.holidaykr.com B2B partner portal. Users of main.holidaykr.com general consumers (B2C) are subject to the separate privacy policy of that site.

Article 1 (Purpose, Items, and Retention Period of Collection and Use of B2B Partner Member Information)

The Company processes information only to the minimum extent necessary for B2B partner contract review, product supply and resale integration, reservation brokerage, settlement, and customer service (CS) support.

Article 2 (Partner Data Processing and Settlement/CS Linkage)

The Company processes product, inventory, price, and cancellation policy information registered by the partner, as well as reservation and settlement details, through the B2B portal and linked APIs.

For settlement, the Company uses transaction amounts, fees, business information and account information necessary for issuing tax invoices and invoices, and utilizes partner contact information and communication records for CS matters such as reservation changes, cancellations, and no-shows.

The Partner is responsible for complying with relevant laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act, regarding user information they input or provide, and the Company processes such information only within the scope of platform operation and contract fulfillment.

Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties and Entrusted Processing)

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties except with the Partner's prior consent or as required by law.

The Company may entrust processing to contractors within the scope necessary for service operation, such as payment and settlement, cloud hosting, customer inquiry tickets, and security monitoring, and performs contracts and management/supervision in accordance with relevant laws when entrusting.

Article 4 (Destruction of Personal Information and Partner Rights)

Unnecessary personal information is destroyed without delay after the retention period expires or the purpose of processing is achieved. Electronic files are deleted in an irrecoverable manner, and printed materials are shredded or incinerated.

Partners may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information, and the Company will take action in accordance with relevant laws.
