This Legal Notice informs about the operator of the partner.holidaykr.com B2B partner portal, its marketplace status, the scope of partner (merchant) responsibilities, and compliance obligations.
Article 1 (Partner Marketplace Status)
The Company operates a communication sales brokerage platform that connects partners and users through B2B and B2C channels.
The prices, schedules, cancellation policies, and on-site execution of individual products displayed on the portal are provided under the responsibility of the partner (merchant/supplier) who registered the product.
Article 2 (Merchant's Product Information and Execution Responsibility)
Partners are responsible for maintaining the accuracy, legality, and currency of registered product information, and bear primary responsibility for disputes or damages arising from illegal acts such as false or exaggerated advertising, unlicensed transportation, or travel operations.
Unless there is willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company does not guarantee the truthfulness of information posted by partners, and users must verify product conditions before making a reservation.
Article 3 (Intellectual Property Rights)
The site text, design, database, API specifications, policy documents, and the Holiday Tour and Holidaykr trademarks are owned by the Company or legitimate rights holders.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial misappropriation may result in legal action under applicable laws.
Article 4 (Animal Welfare — Partner Compliance)
The Company promotes sustainable travel and restricts the listing of products involving wildlife abuse or inappropriate animal experiences.
Partners must not plan or register tours or experiences that harm animal welfare; if violations are confirmed, measures such as restricting product exposure or terminating contracts may be taken.
